📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship across India (and internationally upon request). Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days (where available)
  • International Delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to local courier service delays or other external factors.

📍 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India is free on all prepaid orders with no minimum value.
  • A flat rate may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) and international orders.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and link to track the shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

📦 Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
