🛍️ Orders & Products

All our products are high-quality artificial jewelry, designed to offer elegance and durability without the high price tag of real gold.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once processed, they cannot be changed.

At the moment, we do not offer customization. However, we plan to introduce this feature in the future!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We offer free shipping within India on all prepaid orders.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days (where available)

🛍️ Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. The following conditions must be met:

  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery
  • A clear, uncut unboxing video must be provided
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging with tags/invoice

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests without a valid unboxing video as per our return policy.

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, approved returns will be refunded via store credit (coupon code)

Refunds are issued as coupon codes equivalent to the product amount (excluding shipping/COD charges). These are valid for 6 months and can be used on any future purchase.

💳 Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.

If the payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is usually refunded automatically within 5–7 business days. If not, please contact us with your transaction ID.

Yes, absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways that follow industry-standard safety protocols to protect your data.

📦 General & Support

Please email us immediately at daintydesignofficial@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes.

We’ll reach out to reschedule delivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect address or refusal to accept.
