We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must have been damaged in transit or have a visible manufacturing defect
- You must provide a complete, uncut unboxing video as proof
- The return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order
We do not accept returns for reasons such as “changed my mind,” wrong size, or general dissatisfaction. Since many of our pieces are handmade, limited, or customized, we ask that you review your order carefully before checking out.
📹 Why Is an Unboxing Video Required?
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, we require a clear, unedited video taken while opening the package. The video must include:
- Your shipping label clearly visible on the unopened package
- The full unboxing process without any pauses or edits
- A clear view of the damage or issue with the product
Without this video, we unfortunately cannot process return or refund requests.
📦 How to Request a Return
If your item meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:
- Email us at daintydesignofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Use the subject line: Return Request – Damaged Item
- Include your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the product
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with the next steps.
💳 When Will You Receive a Refund?
If your return is approved, here’s how the refund process works:
- You’ll be asked to return the product in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm the refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
🚫 What Items Are Non-Returnable?
For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Custom or engraved jewelry
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale or using discount codes
- Jewelry returned without prior approval
