Return & Refund Policy
At Dainty Design, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help—under the conditions mentioned below.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products, and only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.
- A clear, uncut video of the package being opened is provided. The video must begin before opening and clearly show the issue.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.
Return requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Cases
- No opening video provided
- Return requested after 2 days of delivery
- Product shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
- Change of mind, dislike, or size issues
🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order using the coupon code provided as a refund.
💸 Refunds (Coupon Code Only)
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a store coupon code equivalent to the product amount (excluding shipping charges).
- The coupon code will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- It can be used on any future purchase from our store.
- No cash or bank refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Note: Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@daintydesign.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video attached or shared via a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
